In 2005, Laurie and Blair PESSEMIER, fine art painters, set out to follow a baseball team during the summer. They found the Torrington Twisters, an NECBL team, not far from where Laurie grew up. The Pessemiers spent 30 days documenting the team in paintings, sketches and writing. There are more than 80 images, and a catalog/book of the project. They are seeking a home for the show and the book. If you are interested, contact them at paintfox@aol.com.
